The NEW home savings program 2020 subsidizes installation of thermal insulation in buildings.
The VITEXTHERM system meets the necessary specifications and certification standards of the program with regard to installation of insulation in building shells and ground-level apartment building pilotis areas, leading to energy upgrades for your building of up to 70%.
What is it?
The NEW ‘Home Savings 2020’ program funds interventions aimed at creating energy savings in the residential building sector by cutting energy consumption.

The system carries CE marking,having received European Technical Approval ETA 15/0148 in accordance with ETAG 004, and has successfully passed the required inspections for production process certification (FPC), as per Certificate No 02423-CPR-9917 issued by a recognized institute.

Qualifications for submission
The program exclusively pertains to residential property of natural persons houses, and potential beneficiaries must meet two basic requirements:
- They must own the property (full or bare ownership) or have rights of usufruct to it.
- The budgeted expenditure for energy upgrading of the property must not exceed 250 EUR/m², and in total it must not exceed an amount of EUR 25,000.
Special attention must be paid to inclusion of the entire apartment building in the program, since at least 50% of the properties must be exclusively residential. Otherwise, where the properties are dedicated to commercial use or uses other than residential exceed 50% of the total, then the building cannot be included in the program.

• It has been classified based on the Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) in a category lower than or equal to C.
Within the Program there are three (3) distinct types of applications, one (1) for individual apartments or detached houses and two (2) for apartment buildings.

Eligible cost ceilings are based on the energy performance of the materials.
